Candidate Requirements
To ensure our program attracts the best and brightest, we are looking for applicants who meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial), Natural Sciences (Chemistry, Physics, or Biology), Food Technology, Agro-Technology, Animal Science, or relevant fields.
* Academic Achievement: A minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates or early-career professionals with no more than two years of work experience.
* Age Limit: Maximum age of 27 years.
* Core Competencies: Exceptional communication skills, proven leadership potential, and sharp analytical thinking.
* Operational Readiness: Willingness to be stationed at the Evo Manufacturing (EMI) plant located in Tanjung Api-api, Banyuasin, South Sumatra.
