## Business Development / Sales Manager
As our Business Development / Sales Manager, you will serve as the primary representative of Esin Group in Indonesia. This high-impact position is designed for an energetic leader capable of driving growth, advising high-net-worth clients, and maintaining seamless coordination between our local and international offices.
Core Responsibilities
* Client Management: Lead online and in-person consultations, manage the end-to-end proposal and contract process, and ensure clients receive consistent, high-quality support throughout their business journey.
* Strategic Advisory: Provide expert guidance on PT PMA (foreign-owned company) incorporation, business visa procurement, and commercial office leasing.
* Operational Growth: Drive revenue by identifying new business opportunities and fostering strategic partnerships with key local stakeholders and international corporations.
* Branch Development: Spearhead the successful setup of our Jakarta operations, ensuring all logistics, infrastructure, and performance KPIs are met with precision.
* Cross-Border Collaboration: Maintain constant communication with our Singapore and China teams to ensure global alignment in service delivery and client strategy.
Required Qualifications
* A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
* Mandatory: Fluency in both written and spoken Mandarin to serve our key international client base, alongside professional fluency in English.
* At least 2 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client advisory, preferably within the corporate services or consultancy sector.
* A strong grasp of Indonesian regulatory frameworks, particularly regarding PT PMA and immigration processes.
* A proactive, results-oriented mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills.
## Accounting and Tax Manager
The Accounting and Tax Manager will be the backbone of our financial operations in Indonesia. You will be responsible for ensuring strict compliance, managing financial reporting, and overseeing the operational efficiency of our clients' entities and our internal groups.

* Compliance and Reporting: Manage comprehensive accounting and tax duties for PT PMA clients, including monthly bookkeeping, tax filings, and investor reporting.
* Operational Oversight: Supervise accounting functions for our group entities and establish robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure service consistency.
* Financial Liaison: Assist clients with bank account establishment and coordinate with external partners, including legal counsel and tax experts.
* Team Leadership: Lead the recruitment, training, and development of our local accounting staff to maintain a high-performance culture.
* Strategic Reporting: Provide accurate financial updates to senior management and maintain transparency with our Singapore headquarters.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in tax compliance, audit, or corporate accounting.
* Strong technical knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, financial reporting standards, and PT PMA regulatory requirements.
* Professional proficiency in English is essential; Mandarin language skills are highly regarded.
