1. Tender Administration
The Tender Administrator plays a vital role in our business development cycle by ensuring that our bids are competitive, compliant, and submitted with absolute accuracy.
* Prepare, organize, and compile comprehensive tender documentation according to project requirements.
* Coordinate across internal departments to ensure full documentation completeness.
* Guarantee timely submission of all tenders in strict accordance with project procedures.
* Monitor tender statuses and perform necessary follow-ups.
* Maintain an organized database of tender information and project leads.
* Support the evaluation of tenders and contribute to management reporting.
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
* 1–2 years of experience in Tender Administration, preferably within fabrication, construction, or the oil and gas sector.
* Strong understanding of tender processes, documentation, and contract language.
* High attention to detail and ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Must be willing to work in Jakarta.
2. Management Representative (MR)
The Management Representative ensures that our company operates in full compliance with international standards, fostering a culture of safety and quality.
* Oversee the implementation and evolution of the company’s management systems.
* Manage and supervise the application of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
* Serve as the primary liaison between executive management and external auditors.
* Develop, control, and evaluate all management system documentation.
* Conduct internal audits and supervise the implementation of corrective actions.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all departments.
* Ensure full compliance with quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering, Management, or a related discipline.
* At least 2 years of experience as a Management Representative, QHSE professional, or ISO System administrator.
* Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
* Excellent documentation and communication skills.
* Experience in conducting internal and external audits.
* Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
* Prior experience in fabrication, EPC, or manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
* Must be based in Jakarta.
