Job Responsibilities
* Operational Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of fuel at customer sites.
* Inventory Control: Ensure fuel availability meets operational requirements while maintaining stock levels within safety thresholds.
* Stock Monitoring: Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations, reporting, and volume measurements.
* Facility Oversight: Manage storage tanks, monitor product quality, and ensure the integrity of storage equipment.
* Risk Mitigation: Investigate and report stock variances (gains/losses) and implement loss-prevention protocols.
* Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between customers, transporters, and the operational team to ensure a seamless supply chain.
Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering.
* Experience: At least 1 year of experience in field operations is preferred; however, exceptional fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Technical Knowledge: Understanding of HSSE/K3 protocols and field operations.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
* Technical Proficiency: Competence in data management and reporting using Excel or Google Sheets.
