## Technical and Operational Roles
We are currently recruiting for various technical and shore-based positions to support our fleet maintenance and ground operations.
Engineering & Fleet Management
* Project Lead, Fleet Staff, and Technical Fleet Staff:
* Requirements: Male, max 35 years old. Degree (D3/S1) in Naval Architecture, Marine Systems, or Marine Engineering.
* Experience: Min. 2 years in shipping or shipyards. Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
* DPA Staff:
* Requirements: Male, max 35 years old. Degree in relevant engineering field.
* Skills: 1 year experience, ISM Code proficiency, Marine Surveyor knowledge, and design software (AutoCAD, CorelDRAW, Photoshop).
* Interior Technician:
* Requirements: Male, max 35 years old. Minimum SMK/D3 in Interior Design. 1 year experience in interior design; shipping industry experience is a plus.
Administrative & Service Roles
* Service & Hospitality Staff: Male, max 35 years old. Degree in Hospitality/Tourism. Understands service excellence and is willing to work onboard and outside Java.
* Porter / Field Ticket Officer: Male, max 35 years old. Bachelor’s degree in any major. Proficient in administrative tasks and Microsoft Office.
* Driver: Male, max 40 years old. Minimum SMA, SIM A holder. 2 years of experience in operational/executive driving. Must know Surabaya routes and operate both manual and automatic vehicles.
## Maritime Crew Vacancies

Note: All sea-going crew must be prepared for deployment on sailing duties.
