## General Candidate Qualifications

* Educational Background: Minimum D3, D4, or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, Industrial Engineering, Product Design, or Informatics Engineering.
* Experience Level: Welcoming both high-potential Fresh Graduates and seasoned professionals with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in the automotive manufacturing sector.
* Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Cognitive Skills: Exceptional technical, mathematical, and analytical problem-solving mindsets.
* Technical Mastery: Proficiency in electronic software (including Eagle, Proteus, Altium, and LTspice) and embedded systems.
* Project Competency: Demonstrated familiarity with managing electronic projects, encompassing electronic design, printed circuit board (PCB) layouts, component analysis, and circuit simulation.
