## The Role: Product Registration Specialist
Navigating product commercialization requires an adept professional who understands the nuances of local health authority frameworks and statutory product approvals. As a Product Registration Specialist, you will act as the crucial link between formulation laboratories and government oversight agencies, securing the legal pathways necessary to bring diverse cosmetic products to national distribution.
Core Responsibilities
In this role, you will manage end-to-end dossier preparation, legal submissions, and post-approval documentation. Key duties include:
* Compiling Comprehensive Regulatory Dossiers: Drafting, reviewing, and assembling full documentation suites for new formulation registrations, periodic product renewals, and post-approval variations or reformulations.
* Managing Agency Submissions: Serving as the direct operational liaison with the National Agency of Drug and Food Control (BPOM), ensuring that all digital and physical submissions strictly adhere to the latest national cosmetics directives.
* Overseeing Compliance Tracking: Actively monitoring the pipeline of submitted files, responding expediently to formal inquiries, and resolving technical evaluation requests issued by regulatory assessors.

* Geographical Proximity: Residence within or readiness to commute reliably to Tangerang, Banten, is strongly preferred.
