## Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you must be a motivated professional ready to represent the Kobelco brand. We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:
* Educational Background: Minimum D3/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Heavy Equipment Engineering.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.30.
* Experience: At least one year of experience in Part Sales or as a mechanic is preferred; however, high-achieving fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Professional Skills:
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Strong customer-centric mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships.
* Advanced problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation capabilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Strong command of the English language (proficiency in Japanese is considered an added advantage).
* Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of Basic Mechanic Course (BMC) and troubleshooting principles.
* Personal Attributes: Self-confident, ambitious, and a team player who is willing to be deployed to any of our branch locations across Indonesia.
