Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for the FGDP, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.00.
* Maximum age of 25 years.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
* An adaptive and proactive mindset with a genuine commitment to personal development.
* Previous organizational experience is considered a distinct advantage.
* Must maintain an ideal Body Mass Index (BMI) under 30.
* Willingness to be stationed at any of our operational sites across Indonesia.
