* Initial Harvest: Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) typically reach maturity 36 months after planting, varying slightly based on the specific oil palm variety.
* Peak Productivity: Yields demonstrate a significant upward trend, hitting peak performance by the eighth year.
* Gradual Decline: Productivity begins a steady, phased decrease after the fifteenth year of growth.
* Replanting Cycle: Once the plantation reaches its 25th year, it enters a critical “replanting” phase to ensure future productivity.
Currently, our South Sumatra estates are in the third year of a systematic replanting initiative.
