## Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
As our General Affair Staff, you will play a pivotal role in bridging field operations and administrative excellence. The workload distribution is strategically balanced, comprising 40% field operations and 60% administrative duties.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Facility & Asset Management: Supervise and maintain the cleanliness and optimal condition of both office spaces and field areas, ensuring all company assets are ready for use.
* Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels for office supplies, uniforms, and essential operational materials to guarantee a steady, uninterrupted supply.
* Vendor & Contract Administration: Oversee vendor relations, process vendor invoices accurately, and ensure active third-party service agreements are strictly monitored and renewed on schedule.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To thrive in this fast-paced environment, candidates must meet the following professional criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any major.
* Gender Preference: Male candidates are preferred.
* Experience: Bring a minimum of 1 year of proven professional experience in a General Affair (GA) role.
* Location: Candidates residing in Cikarang, Bekasi, or Karawang are given primary preference.
* Personal Attributes: Demonstrate high intelligence, diligence, resilience, and a fast-learning capability to adapt to our dynamic operational needs.
