## Required Qualifications and Professional Background

* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechatronics Engineering is highly preferred.
* Professional Experience: A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in engineering roles specifically focused on robotics.
* Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive knowledge of robotic systems and industrial utilities.
* Standards Compliance: A solid understanding of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, K3LH (Occupational Health and Safety), and 5S workplace methodology.
