## 1. Hatchery Division
Placement: Nationwide across Indonesia

* Water Treatment & Engineering Staff: Requires foundational expertise in water treatment, system maintenance, and utility infrastructure.
* Civil & Project Hatchery Staff: Demands basic knowledge of civil construction alongside the ability to interpret technical blueprints.
Fish Breeding Supervisor: Focuses on broodstock research and development. (Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Fisheries with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience).*
* Biofeed / Algae Staff: Involves rigorous laboratory analysis and specialized algae culturing techniques.
* Mechanical & Electrical Hatchery Staff: Centers on hardware troubleshooting and operational upkeep.
* MNPD Hatchery Staff: Focuses on shrimp breeding protocols and daily hatchery operations.
Division Qualifications
* Minimum Diploma (D3) in Fisheries, Biology, Microbiology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields (excludes the Fish Breeding Supervisor role).
* Willingness to work flexible hours to support hatchery cycles.
* Both fresh graduates and experienced candidates (minimum 1 year in a similar role) are welcome to apply, except for the Fish Breeding Supervisor position.
* Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
## 2. Manufacturing Division
Placement: Sidoarjo, Surabaya, Kendal, Cikampek, Medan, and Lampung

* Mechanical Supervisor: Must master Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), with AutoCAD proficiency serving as a distinct advantage.

* Maintenance Planner: Proficient in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Preventive Maintenance (PM) modules.
