Position: Warehouse Foreman (Medan)
As a Warehouse Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the integrity of our inventory and the efficiency of our logistics flow.
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Management.
* Experience: At least 2 years of experience in warehousing, with a strong preference for candidates from manufacturing or FMCG backgrounds.
* Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive knowledge of goods receiving, storage, and dispatch processes, as well as robust inventory control.
* Operational Skills: Proficiency in FIFO/FEFO methodologies, stock opname procedures, and warehouse documentation.
* Software Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel usage; familiarity with ERP or WMS systems is highly desirable.
* Soft Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, and effective problem-solving abilities.
* Work Ethic: High attention to detail, disciplined, and a deep understanding of 5S and workplace health and safety (K3) protocols.
* Availability: Must be willing to work in a shift-based environment.
