1. Merchant Success Executive (Sales)
This role is perfect for energetic sales professionals who enjoy building relationships and helping merchants thrive.
* Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek): Jakarta Pusat, Utara, Barat, Timur, Selatan; Bogor; Depok; Bekasi.
* Karawang & Banten: Karawang; Tangerang Selatan; Tangerang; Serang; Lebak; Pandeglang; Cilegon.
* Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA) or equivalent.
* Proven experience in FMCG sales.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Must own a motorcycle and possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C).
* Previous experience in EDC machine sales and merchant acquisition is highly advantageous.
2. Retail Sales Executive (RSE)
The RSE role is designed for experienced professionals with a deep understanding of the fintech and digital payment landscape.
* Jabodetabek: Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi (Placement is tailored to your residence).
* Banten: Tangerang Selatan, Tangerang, and Serang.
* Karawang: Local market focus.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in fintech, payments, FMCG, telecommunications, or banking.
* Expertise in merchant acquisition is essential.
* Proficiency in QRIS, EDC, or Point of Sale (POS) systems is highly preferred.
* A strong existing network or database of merchants.
* A dedicated, hardworking mindset with the flexibility to travel and conduct regular field visits.
* Ability to cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with business partners.
