## Role Overview: HSE Staff
As an HSE Staff member at PT. Bina Megah Indowood, you will play a vital role in safeguarding our workforce and maintaining our high standards of operational safety. You will collaborate closely with various departments to cultivate a proactive safety culture across our manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Policy Implementation: Execute and monitor comprehensive Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3) policies alongside environmental protection protocols.
* Safety Inspections: Conduct routine facility walk-throughs and inspections to guarantee a secure and hazard-free working environment.
* Risk Management & Reporting: Identify potential workplace risks, manage incident responses, and formulate accurate accident reports when necessary.
* Training & Education: Conduct regular safety briefings and educate employees on the proper utilization of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE/APD).
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operational procedures strictly align with prevailing national HSE laws and regulations.
Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this role, applicants must meet the following professional and educational criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in a relevant discipline.
* Mandatory Certification: Must hold a valid General Occupational Health and Safety Expert Certificate (Sertifikat AK3 Umum).
* Core Competencies:
* Thorough understanding of OHS and environmental workflows.
* Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian OHS and environmental laws and legislation.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Working knowledge of AutoCAD software.
* Soft Skills:
* Capable of functioning both independently and as a collaborative team player.
* Resilient and able to perform effectively under pressure.
* Strong interpersonal communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
* Experience: Prior professional experience working as an HSE staff member within a manufacturing or corporate environment will be considered a distinct advantage.
