(J-Power), PT Adaro Power, and ITOCHU Corporation. As the developer and operator of the 2 x 1,000 MW Batang Power Plant in Central Java, BPI is instrumental in strengthening Indonesia’s energy infrastructure. Recognized as a National Strategic Project and the first Public-Private Partnership (PPP) of its kind in the energy sector, our facility is vital to meeting the nation’s growing demand for reliable electricity. We are currently seeking dedicated professionals to join our team and contribute to this mission.
## Available Positions
We are looking for highly motivated individuals to fill the following roles at our Batang facility.
1. Heavy Equipment Operator (Code: HEOP)
* Operate heavy machinery safely and maintain diligent oversight of equipment status.
* Conduct daily pre-operation checks and manage operational reporting.
* Support coal handling activities in coordination with stacker-reclaimer operators.
* Maintain plant cleanliness and adhere strictly to HSE protocols.
* Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) graduate.
* Valid operator license (SIO) for wheel loaders, excavators, bulldozers, or dump trucks is preferred.
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and English communication.
2. Instrument & Control Junior Technician (Code: ICJT)
* Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on I&C systems.
* Manage workshop tools and ensure system efficiency through regular inspections.
* Maintain documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
* Diploma (D3) in Physics, Instrumentation, or Electrical Engineering.
* At least 2 years of industrial experience (fresh graduates with strong technical backgrounds are welcome).
* Knowledge of automation systems and proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Office.
3. Mechanical Junior Technician (Code: MEJT)
* Perform essential maintenance on mechanical systems to ensure operational reliability.
* Conduct repairs, equipment modifications, and regular inspections.
* Support outage operations and adhere to company HSE standards.
* Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
* Prior experience in coal-fired power plants is a significant advantage.
* Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
4. Electrical Junior Technician (Code: ELJT)
* Troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade electrical equipment.
* Maintain workshop safety and equipment readiness.
* Ensure all maintenance documentation is accurate and compliant with internal standards.
* Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
* Relevant experience in power plant electrical maintenance preferred.
* Ability to respond to emergency on-site assignments.
5. GA Facility Management Supervisor (Code: GA-FMS)
* Oversee facility maintenance schedules to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
* Manage GA asset documentation and reporting.
* Provide logistical support across various functional departments.
* Diploma (D3) in a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
* 5–7 years of experience in Facility Management or 3–5 years in a managerial role.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project.
