## 1. Gold Financing Department Head
The Gold Financing Department Head is responsible for driving the product roadmap and market competitiveness of BTN Syariah’s gold-related offerings, including pawn services, gold installments, and bullion banking.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Product Development: Design competitive pricing, margin schemes, and Shariah-compliant features while identifying new opportunities such as ijarah, MMQ*, or fintech partnerships.
* Business Development & Sales: Forge alliances within the gold ecosystem, including marketplace platforms and gold retailers, while driving digital acquisition via the bank’s SuperApp.
* Operational & Risk Management: Ensure end-to-end compliance with SOPs and DSN-MUI fatwas, managing gold appraisals, storage, and price risk mitigation.
* Team Leadership: Oversee a multidisciplinary team, setting performance KPIs and fostering professional growth through targeted coaching.
Qualifications & Competencies
* Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Industrial Engineering; minimum of 7 years in Islamic banking or multifinance, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
Essential Skills: Deep technical knowledge of Shariah contracts (rahn, murabahah, ijarah*) and advanced risk management practices.
* Leadership Traits: Strong analytical and negotiation skills, paired with a digital-first mindset.
* Certifications: Must hold professional certifications in Gold Operations and Risk Management (Level 1–3).
## 2. Customer Retention & Loyalty Department Head
This role is pivotal in managing the existing-to-bank (ETB) lifecycle, ensuring that our customers receive value-driven experiences that align with Islamic principles.
Key Responsibilities
* Engagement Strategy: Develop end-to-end lifecycle management strategies, from onboarding to retention, incorporating unique Islamic value propositions such as ZISWAF integration and Hajj/Umrah concierge services.
Cross-Sell & Upsell Initiatives: Leverage data analytics to identify next-best-offer* opportunities, utilizing mortgage portfolios as a primary feeder for other banking products.
* Loyalty Management: Build comprehensive loyalty platforms and retention programs tailored to high-value segments, including priority and affluent banking customers.
* Data-Driven Insights: Utilize CRM tools to monitor Net Promoter Scores (NPS), manage churn prevention, and provide actionable insights for senior management.
Qualifications & Competencies
* Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or Data Analytics; minimum of 7 years of experience in consumer banking, CRM, or loyalty programs, with 3 years in a leadership role.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of CRM tools, customer analytics, and data-driven marketing techniques.
* Strategic Acumen: A proven track record in developing cross-sell programs and a comprehensive understanding of Islamic customer value propositions.
* Leadership Traits: Ability to mentor analytical and campaign officers, fostering an environment of adaptability and digital excellence.
