Candidate Requirements
To qualify for the FLIP Batch 5 program, you must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Undergraduate students (minimum 7th semester) or fresh graduates (within 6 months of graduation).
* Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Experience: Proven involvement in organizational activities.
* Mindset: Strong motivation, eagerness to learn, and a commitment to completing the full program.

* Role: Manage content creation for the official Avo Store channel, ensuring brand consistency and high-level audience engagement.
5. Glow Better Event Planner Intern
* Role: Secure institutional partnerships, manage event logistics, coordinate collaborative projects, and oversee the lifecycle of promotional events.
6. Looke & OASEA Copywriter Intern
* Role: Translate creative briefs into compelling copy, research audience behavior, and develop a strategic brand voice across multiple digital channels.
7. Marketing Insight Intern
* Role: Conduct competitive research on both local and international brands to generate actionable market insights.
8. Procurement Intern
* Role: Handle administrative procurement processes, manage general purchasing, and oversee local logistics and sourcing.
