Key Responsibilities
As a Project Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining organizational efficiency across every phase of our solar projects. Your primary duties will include:
* Data Management: Systematically gather, organize, and maintain all critical project data to ensure seamless information flow across teams.
* Documentation & Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive project documentation, draft detailed Minutes of Meetings (MOM), and assist in compiling precise project financial reports.
* Stakeholder Coordination: Schedule and coordinate official meetings with external partners, contractors, and clients to align on project objectives.
* Progress & Delivery Monitoring: Track project milestones and material shipments to guarantee that all deliverables meet rigorous quality standards and deadlines.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to address operational requirements and maintain up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
