## Role Overview and Key Responsibilities
As a Production Operator (Lathe), you will play a critical role in our manufacturing lifecycle, ensuring that our products meet the precise specifications expected of the Astra and Daido brands. Your daily responsibilities will include:
* Precision Machining: Executing turning processes strictly in accordance with Work Orders (WO) and technical engineering drawings.
* Quality Assurance: Conducting thorough inspections of finished components to ensure compliance with quality standards.
* Preventative Maintenance: Performing daily equipment checks and maintaining the upkeep of lathe machines and auxiliary production tools.
## Candidate Requirements
We are looking for a dedicated professional who values precision and efficiency. To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum of a High School Diploma (SMA/SMK).
* Experience: At least two years of hands-on experience operating both CNC and manual lathe machines.
* Technical Proficiency:
* Strong familiarity with Fanuc and Mazak control systems.
* Practical knowledge of Job Order management systems.
* Expertise in selecting and using lathe inserts and specialized tools.
* Advanced ability to interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints.
* Competency in utilizing various precision measuring instruments.
* Desirable Assets: Candidates with the ability to create cycle programs and experience using CAM software (specifically Mastercam) will be given preference.
* Soft Skills: Proven ability to work effectively under pressure, high self-motivation, and excellent communication skills.
* Additional Criteria: Must be a maximum of 25 years old and have completed all required COVID-19 vaccinations.
