Core Responsibilities
* Shift Production Management: Oversee, regulate, and track daily production outputs throughout your assigned shift to guarantee that performance metrics align seamlessly with master planning goals.
* Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis: Rapidly diagnose operational bottlenecks, investigate product defects, and minimize material waste by pinpointing underlying root causes.
* Safety & Workplace Culture: Champion occupational health standards, direct safety compliance, and actively enforce 5R methodologies (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke) across your team.
