## Current Career Opportunity: Field Operator (Chemical Plants)
We are looking for dedicated individuals to take on the role of Field Operator within our Chemical Plants division. This position is vital to maintaining the high standards of safety and efficiency that define our manufacturing processes.
Core Responsibilities
* Operational Excellence: Safely operate heavy machinery and production equipment while strictly adhering to established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Quality Assurance: Continuously monitor production outputs to detect defects, ensuring that faulty products are discarded or re-manufactured to meet our premium quality standards.
* Performance Tracking: Maintain precise logs of daily production metrics and technical parameters to facilitate ongoing performance analysis.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage proactively with internal departments to ensure seamless operational flow and resource alignment.
* Efficiency Management: Execute production schedules while meeting critical targets regarding output volume, cost management, and waste reduction.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Education: A Diploma (D3) in Chemical Engineering; fresh graduates with strong academic foundations are highly encouraged to apply.
* Location: Full willingness to be stationed at our facility in Pangkalan Kerinci, Riau.
* Adaptability: Proven ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure environment, including a readiness to work rotating shifts.
