## Candidate Requirements
We are seeking motivated, high-achieving fresh graduates who are ready to make an impact. To qualify for the Argha LeAP 2025 program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Chemistry.
* Technical Knowledge:
* Chemistry/Chemical Engineering: A strong grasp of R&D and manufacturing processes.
* Mechanical Engineering: Proficiency in production workflows and machinery maintenance.
* Civil Engineering: Understanding of structural and building maintenance standards.
* Soft Skills: Demonstrates a proactive mindset, self-motivation, and the ability to thrive both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
* Commitment: Must be fully available to commit to the entire 6-month duration of the program.
* Location: Willingness to be stationed at our facilities in Citeureup, Bogor, West Java.
