## Warehouse Administrator Opportunity
We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to ensure the seamless flow of our supply chain operations. This role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity of our inventory and supporting our commitment to pharmaceutical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Inventory Management: Accurately record and update all incoming and outgoing stock data, while conducting regular cycle counts and stock opnames to ensure real-time inventory precision.
* Documentation & Reporting: Prepare, manage, and verify all essential shipping and warehouse documentation to ensure complete accuracy and compliance.
* System Integration: Utilize ERP platforms such as SAP and Microsoft Dynamics to manage warehouse operations effectively.
* Operational Coordination: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional departments to streamline daily logistical activities.
* Regulatory Compliance: Strictly adhere to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols, quality standards, and warehouse compliance procedures.
Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Education: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience: At least one year of professional experience within the pharmaceutical industry, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of supply chain and warehouse workflows.
* Technical Expertise:
* Proficiency in material handling procedures, including receiving, storing, weighing, and shipping, within a GMP/CPOB-compliant environment.
* Knowledge of pharmaceutical-grade equipment and standard industrial processes.
* Strong familiarity with pharmaceutical industry documentation standards and Ministry of Health/BPOM regulations.
* Soft Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
