## 1. Industrial Relation Senior Specialist
We are looking for a dedicated legal professional to manage our internal and external industrial relations. You will serve as a key point of contact for legal matters, ensuring compliance and fostering positive employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
* Litigation & Compliance: Manage all litigation and non-litigation legal processes.
* Labor Relations: Act as a liaison for unions and manage employee relations to maintain a productive work environment.
* Legal Documentation: Draft and review legal opinions, legal standing documents, and Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs).
* External Stakeholder Management: Represent the company in dealings with the Department of Manpower (Disnaker) and the Industrial Relations Court (PHI).
Qualifications and Competencies
* Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an Industrial Relation role within a manufacturing environment.
* Certifications: Possession of an advocate certificate is highly preferred.
* Language: Fluency in both written and spoken English.
* Core Skills: Strong proficiency in legal drafting, conflict resolution, and negotiation, complemented by excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Location: Willingness to be based at our Gempol Plant, Pasuruan, East Java.
## 2. QA Internal Audit Specialist
Quality and food safety are the cornerstones of our brand. We are seeking a detail-oriented QA specialist to maintain our high standards of product integrity and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Audit Management: Develop and execute the annual internal audit schedule and perform comprehensive risk assessments.
* Reporting: Compile and analyze audit results on a monthly and quarterly basis.
* Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with various departments to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
* Safety Assurance: Conduct rigorous internal audits to guarantee adherence to food safety protocols.
* Compliance Support: Provide essential support during pre-external audit inspections.
Qualifications and Competencies
* Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Fisheries, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a QA Internal Audit professional in a manufacturing setting.
* Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of ISO 9001:2015, BRC standards, HACCP, and CCP principles.
* Language: Fluency in both written and spoken English.
* Core Skills: Superior analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
* Location: Willingness to be based at our Pandaan Plant, Pasuruan, East Java.
