## 1. Recruitment Staff (AKAD)
We are looking for a highly organized individual to manage our large-scale recruitment efforts for operational roles. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our workforce requirements are met efficiently through AKAD and AKL schemes.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, administrative selection, and interviewing.
* Manage mass hiring initiatives and manpower fulfillment across our diverse operational territories.
* Coordinate directly with the Manpower Office regarding AKAD, AKL, and WLKP administrative requirements.
* Travel periodically to various regions to conduct on-site sourcing and selection processes.
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with third-party labor vendors and employment agencies.
* Monitor candidate progress from initial application to final placement and onboarding.
* Analyze recruitment metrics and prepare reports to assist leadership in data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in high-volume or mass recruitment.
* Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment life cycles and local labor regulations.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel.
* Willingness to travel for business purposes as required.
## 2. KSO Financial Monitoring Staff
This role is vital for maintaining the fiscal health of our Joint Operation (KSO) units. You will be responsible for ensuring that all financial activities, budgets, and operational transactions align with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
* Control and monitor financial transactions and operational costs within KSO units.
* Verify and review financial documentation, including invoices, payments, and supporting proofs.
* Compare budget realizations against established work plans and identify deviations.
* Conduct financial reconciliations between KSO reports and internal company records.
* Prepare systematic periodic monitoring reports for management review.
* Coordinate with operational and accounting departments to resolve financial administrative issues.
* Provide necessary documentation for financial audits and risk assessments.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, auditing, or financial monitoring.
* Strong grasp of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial report analysis.
* Experience with Joint Operations (KSO) is considered a significant advantage.
* High level of integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and strong analytical capabilities.
* Expertise in Microsoft Excel and systematic report generation.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
