Candidate Requirements
To maintain our high standards of excellence, applicants must meet the following criteria before applying:
* Gender: Male candidates only.
* Age Limit: Maximum 25 years old.
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Agrotechnology.
* Academic Achievement: Minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.25.
* Mobility & Flexibility: Fully willing to be placed at any of our operational sites across Indonesia.
* Accommodation: Prepared to reside in company-provided mess facilities throughout the duration of the training period.
* Service Commitment: Willing to enter into a mandatory 2-year service agreement (ikatan dinas) upon program acceptance.
* Health & Wellness: Physically and mentally fit, with no history of color blindness.
* Program Readiness: Fully committed to completing the intensive training regimen.
