The Department of Communication and Informatics (Diskominfo) serves as the primary regional government body dedicated to managing public information, fostering digital literacy, and spearheading technological infrastructure. To support our ongoing statistical initiatives for the 2025 Fiscal Year, we are officially opening recruitment for Field Enumerators to assist in the Household Consumption Cost Survey. We are looking for 20 dedicated individuals to join our team in collecting essential data that shapes regional development.
## Position Details
* Role: Field Enumerator / Data Collector
* Capacity: 20 Open Positions
* Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field of study.
## Core Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following general and specific criteria to be considered for this role:
General Requirements
* Citizenship & Ethics: Must be an Indonesian citizen, adhere to the state ideology (Pancasila), and respect the 1945 Constitution.
* Employment Status: Must not currently hold a position as a government employee (PPPK, CPNS, PNS, TNI, or Polri).
* Professional Conduct: Demonstrate high integrity, a strong work ethic, and the ability to remain composed under high-pressure situations or strict deadlines.
* Soft Skills: Possess excellent communication abilities, creative problem-solving skills, and the capacity to function effectively both independently and within a team.
* Logistics: Must own a private vehicle to facilitate field mobility.
* Health: Must be in good physical and mental health with a professional appearance.
Specific Requirements
* Age: Maximum 35 years old as of December 31, 2025.
* Residency: Preference will be given to applicants residing in the target sub-districts.
* Experience: Prior experience in data collection is highly preferred and should be verified via a Certificate of Employment or a professional portfolio.
## Administrative Application Procedures
Applicants must submit a formal application letter typed in Arial 12pt, 1.5 spacing, and signed over a Rp 10,000 duty stamp. The letter must be addressed to the Head of the Department of Communication and Informatics, Kutai Kartanegara Regency.
1. Curriculum Vitae (CV): A comprehensive document detailing identity, educational background, professional history, and training.
2. Statement of Intent: A signed declaration stating your readiness to be stationed and carry out duties within the designated sub-districts.
3. Academic Records: Scanned copies of your diploma and transcripts, verified by authorized officials.
4. Identification: Scanned copy of your National ID Card (KTP).
5. Photography: Recent 4x6 photograph with a red background.
Note: Upon selection, candidates must provide an official Police Record Certificate (SKCK), a drug-free certificate, and an active Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP).
## Recruitment Timeline

* Online Registration: February 4, 2025 (10:00 WITA) to February 7, 2025 (15:00 WITA).
* Administrative Screening: Documents will be assessed based on qualifications and geographic suitability. Results will be announced on February 10, 2025, via the official Diskominfo Kutai Kartanegara social media channels.
* Test and Interview Phase: Shortlisted candidates will undergo assessments on February 11–12, 2025, at the Diskominfo Building, Jl. Pahlawan No. 1, Timbau, Tenggarong.
* Final Announcement: The names of successful candidates will be published on February 14, 2025.
