The Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives, Small, and Medium Enterprises (PPKUKM) of DKI Jakarta is officially inviting highly motivated and talented professionals to join its mission for 2026. As the agency responsible for fostering local industrial growth, trade, and economic empowerment, we are seeking experts to manage the Jakarta Creative Hub—a vital initiative dedicated to incubating creative talent and driving innovation.
## Available Positions and Formations
We are opening recruitment for seven distinct roles. Please note that only one application per person is permitted.
* Creative Manager/Head: 1 position
* Assistant Creative Manager: 1 position
* IT & Asset Development Staff: 1 position
* Social Media Specialist: 1 position
* Multimedia & Graphic Designer: 1 position
* Event Activation Specialist: 1 position
* General Administrator: 1 position
Important Notice: This recruitment is contingent upon the finalization of the budget. Should funding be unavailable or reduced, the department reserves the right to cancel the recruitment or adjust the number of positions accordingly. No compensation will be provided in the event of such changes.
## General Requirements for Applicants
To be considered for these roles, all candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Must be an Indonesian Citizen (WNI) in good physical health, free from narcotics, and have no criminal record.
* Must be an active taxpayer with a valid Tax Identification Number (NPWP).
* Must hold a Bank Jakarta account.
* Must possess an NIB (Business Identification Number) under KBLI 70209 (Management Consulting Activities).
* Must have an active SIKAP account.
* Must be committed to full-time work and cannot be concurrently employed as a specialist in other government departments (SKPD/UKPD).
## Specialized Qualifications
Creative Manager/Head
* Education: Bachelor’s degree; aged max 48 years.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years.
* Skills: Leadership, English proficiency, financial management, marketing, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management.
Assistant Creative Manager
* Education: Bachelor’s degree; aged max 35 years.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years.
* Skills: Leadership, operational excellence, and project management tools (Trello/Asana).
IT & Asset Development Staff
* Education: Bachelor’s in IT/IS; aged max 35 years.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year.
* Skills: Networking (CCNA preferred), web development, hardware troubleshooting, and asset management.
Social Media Specialist
* Education: Diploma (D3); aged max 35 years.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year.
* Skills: Copywriting, social media analytics (Meta Suite/TikTok), and trend identification.
Multimedia & Graphic Designer
* Education: Bachelor’s degree; aged max 40 years.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year.
* Skills: Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro.
Event Activation Specialist
* Education: Diploma (D3); aged max 35 years.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year.
* Skills: Event planning, vendor negotiation, and crisis management.
General Administrator
* Education: Diploma (D3); aged max 35 years.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year.
* Skills: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel) and administrative systems.
## Application Procedure and Selection Timeline
