## Open Position: Specialist Trainee – Field Conductor
Wilmar is currently seeking dedicated professionals to take on the role of Specialist Trainee – Field Conductor. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about modern agriculture and eager to make a tangible impact on large-scale plantation operations.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) degree in Agronomy, Plantation Cultivation, Soil Science, Agriculture, or Plant Pests and Diseases.
* Academic Performance: A minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.8.
* Experience Level: Open to both fresh graduates and professionals with up to two years of relevant field experience.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer operations and the Microsoft Office suite is essential.
* Mobility: Must be fully prepared and willing to be stationed at any Wilmar palm oil plantation site throughout Indonesia.
