## Job Role and Core Responsibilities
As a Quality Control Operator, you will play a vital role on the production line. Your primary objective is to monitor, inspect, and evaluate manufacturing processes to ensure that all output strictly adheres to internal quality benchmarks, food safety regulations, and halal compliance standards.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
* Conducting routine quality inspections directly within the production line area (QC Line).
* Ensuring that finished products and ongoing processes meet rigorous food safety and quality frameworks.
* Verifying adherence to halal processing protocols throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.
* Documenting inspection results accurately and reporting any anomalies to the supervisory team promptly.
## Candidate Requirements and Qualifications

Educational Background and Experience
* Gender: Male candidates only.
* Educational Attainment: High School Graduate in Chemical Analysis (SMAK), or hold a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering, Analytical Chemistry/MIPA Chemistry, Agriculture, or Food Technology.
* Industry Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with prior hands-on experience in a Quality Control role within the FMCG sector, particularly within Food and Beverage manufacturing facilities.
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Halal Assurance Systems (SJH), and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) principles is highly advantageous.
* Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.

* Physically and mentally fit, with no history of color blindness.
* Local resident currently domiciled in Palembang or Banyuasin.
* Fully vaccinated, having received at least the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
* Compensation: Remuneration is based on the regional minimum wage standard for Banyuasin (UMK Banyuasin).
