## Open Position: Recruitment Staff
We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Recruitment Staff member to be based at our Karawaci campus. This full-time role is essential in attracting the best talent to support the university's mission.
Key Job Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Staff member, you will play a pivotal role in the human resources lifecycle. Your core duties include:
* End-to-End Recruitment: Managing the entire talent acquisition process, from initial sourcing and screening to final offer negotiations and onboarding.
* Strategic Sourcing: Utilizing LinkedIn, job portals, social media platforms, and networking to identify and attract top-tier professionals.
* Candidate Assessment: Conducting thorough candidate interviews and screening processes.
* Stakeholder Coordination: Acting as a bridge between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless selection process.
* Pipeline Development: Proactively building and maintaining a strong talent database for future vacancies.
* Administrative Support: Assisting with general HR functions and ensuring the timely preparation of recruitment reports for management.
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess a blend of administrative precision and strong interpersonal skills. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology.
* Professional Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in Human Resources, specifically within Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
* Functional Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and assessment.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, detail-orientation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Work Style: Capability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative team player in a fast-paced environment.
* Preferred Skills: Experience in a headhunting or recruitment agency, as well as English language proficiency, will be considered a significant advantage.
