## Role Overview: Recruitment & Selection Staff
The Recruitment & Selection Staff member will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce by identifying and securing top-tier talent. This position requires a professional who is adept at managing high-volume recruitment cycles while maintaining the high standards of quality that define Yamaha.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring lifecycle, from initial job requisition to onboarding, ensuring manpower needs are met with efficiency and precision.
* Assessment & Evaluation: Facilitate psychological testing and conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess cultural and technical fit.
* Database Management: Maintain and optimize recruitment databases and talent pipelines to support future hiring initiatives.
* Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with academic institutions, recruitment agencies, and other external talent sources to broaden our reach.
* Process Optimization: Analyze recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks and propose actionable improvements to the hiring workflow.
## Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
* Professional Experience: Proven experience in recruitment and selection processes is required.
