1. General Affair & Environment Specialist
Location: East Jakarta
* Job Description: Oversee general services (outsourcing, security, facility maintenance, and transportation). You will manage environmental regulations, monitor water quality (IPAL), emissions, and waste management, and ensure compliance with PROPER standards and ISO certifications (9001, 14001, 45001, 50001).
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering.
* Strong knowledge of Indonesian environmental laws and Ministry of Environment regulations.
* Experience with environmental reporting and waste management is a distinct advantage.
* Certifications such as PPA, PPU, or B3 Waste Management are preferred.
2. HR System & Development
Location: East Jakarta
* Job Description: Coordinate the design and maintenance of organizational structures, job analyses, and descriptions to support Human Resources Management (HRM) systems. You will also manage departmental budgeting and analysis.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Management or Industrial Engineering.
* Excellent communication and analytical skills.
* Fluent in English; experience in HR Development is highly preferred.
* Proficiency in budget planning and financial controlling.
3. Area Part Development
Location: Cibitung, West Java
* Job Description: Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets by monitoring stock distribution, managing order lead times, and evaluating dealer performance. This role involves frequent visits to Main Dealers and part shops to foster relationships and ensure service quality.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Marketing Management.
* Advanced proficiency in MS Office and data analysis via Excel.
* Fluent in English with strong presentation skills.
* Must possess both SIM A (manual transmission) and SIM C licenses; willing to travel extensively.
4. Logistic Operation Staff
Location: Karawang, West Java
* Job Description: Manage delivery picking lists, process motorcycle shipping documentation, and compile operational reports for the Distribution Center.
* Requirements:
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Logistics Management.
* Detail-oriented with a strong aptitude for administrative tasks.
* Familiarity with ISO management systems and previous logistics experience is preferred.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
5. Digital Platform Staff
Location: East Jakarta
* Job Description: Analyze digital platform performance, manage promotional assets, and gather user requirements to optimize application features. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure digital strategies align with company goals.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Digital Business, or Communications.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital platform management or e-commerce.
* Strong analytical skills regarding monitoring and performance reporting.
* Passion for the motorcycle industry; possesses a SIM C license.
