1. E-Commerce Manager
Location: Head Office, South Jakarta
* Key Responsibilities: Strategize and execute sell-in targets for online storefronts, manage promotional budgets, enhance brand visibility across digital platforms, and collaborate with key accounts for optimal product placement.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with at least 2 years of e-commerce management experience. Must possess a strong grasp of digital marketing, the ability to thrive in a Japanese corporate culture, and excellent cross-cultural communication skills.
2. Sales Executive (Indramayu)
Location: Indramayu
* Key Responsibilities: Achieve defined sales targets, monitor market activities, manage promotions, and oversee stock distribution (sell-in and sell-out).
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of sales experience. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office, well-versed in the 4P marketing mix, and possess strong leadership qualities. Familiarity with the Indramayu area is highly preferred.
3. Junior Brand Manager (Pet Care)
Location: Head Office, South Jakarta
* Key Responsibilities: Develop marketing plans for the pet care category, conduct competitive market analysis, lead new product development projects, and execute both online and offline campaigns.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years of experience in brand or trade marketing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong analytical/strategic thinking skills, and a willingness to embrace our corporate culture are essential.
4. Local Supermarket Non-Exclusive Sales Supervisor
Location: Medan (Covering North Sumatra & Aceh)
* Key Responsibilities: Drive sales performance, manage market activities, control promotional efforts, and provide supervision/education to sales promotion girls (SPGs) and merchandisers.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the local supermarket sector. Must have a strong understanding of marketing mix principles and possess strong team leadership skills.
5. Junior Brand Manager (Health Care)
Location: Head Office, South Jakarta
* Key Responsibilities: Create comprehensive marketing strategies for the healthcare segment, manage advertising and research budgets, monitor product profitability, and lead brand engagement through community activations.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years of experience in brand or trade marketing. We are looking for candidates with excellent project management skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to adapt to our Japanese corporate ethos.
6. Area Sales Supervisor
Location: Banjar, West Java
* Key Responsibilities: Manage regional sales goals, control market activities, oversee stock distribution, and report directly to management.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant sales experience. Candidates should be highly familiar with the 4P marketing framework, possess strong leadership abilities, and be ready to oversee operations in the Banjar, West Java region.
