1. Sales Consultant
As a Sales Consultant, you are the face of our brand. You will act as a premium automotive advisor, delivering an exclusive purchasing experience that reflects the prestige of the BMW name.
* Key Responsibilities: Build lasting relationships with high-value clients, maintain professional integrity, and consistently exceed performance targets.
* Requirements: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree; strong communication skills; polished professional appearance; a passion for luxury performance vehicles; possess a valid SIM A driver's license; and willingness to be stationed at any BMW Tunas branch.
2. Lead Product Genius
This role is essential for ensuring that our commitment to product knowledge remains unmatched. You will lead and coordinate the Product Genius team to ensure standard consistency across all branches.
* Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary liaison between the dealership and BMW Indonesia regarding product updates and certifications; conduct comprehensive training; and support sales teams during test drives and customer engagements.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; 1–2 years of experience as a Product Specialist or Automotive Trainer; strong leadership capabilities; and a proactive approach to team development.
3. Unit Administration Staff
Precision is the hallmark of our operations. The Unit Administration Staff plays a critical role in managing the administrative lifecycle of every vehicle we sell.
* Key Responsibilities: Manage daily sales documentation, verify payments, coordinate with leasing vendors, and oversee the issuance of vehicle registration documents (STNK/BPKB).
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, or Administration; exceptional data management skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel; and a meticulous, detail-oriented mindset.
4. Marketing Support Staff
Our financial and operational accuracy depends on the diligence of our support team. This role ensures that every transaction aligns with our corporate policies and financial standards.
* Key Responsibilities: Oversee petty cash and Accounts Payable; manage unit allocation based on FIFO methods; maintain accurate price lists and discount matrices; and ensure full compliance with operational reporting.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; 1–2 years of relevant experience; high level of comfort with ERP or data systems; and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
