## Available Position: Bus Driver (Pramudi)
The role of the Bus Driver (Pramudi) is the heartbeat of Transjakarta’s operations. We are looking for highly skilled, professional, and disciplined individuals to ensure the safety and efficiency of our passenger transport services.
Core Responsibilities
* Operational Excellence: Maneuvering buses along assigned routes in strict accordance with traffic regulations and safety speed limits.
* Regulatory Compliance: Maintaining full adherence to professional driver standards, including wearing the designated uniform and ensuring all mandatory documentation (driver’s license, vehicle registration, etc.) is valid and present.
* Pre-Trip Inspection: Performing comprehensive non-technical physical checks of the vehicle to ensure it is roadworthy and equipped with all necessary safety gear before beginning a shift.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/Sederajat).
* Licensing: Possession of a valid B1 General (B1 Umum) driver’s license held for at least two years, or a valid B2 General (B2 Umum) driver’s license.
* Certification: Mandatory possession of a BNSP certification for public transport/inter-city transport (AKAP) driving.
* Work History: Must not have been employed by any of PT Transportasi Jakarta’s partner operators within the last three months.
* Professional Attributes: Strong integrity, high levels of discipline, and a proactive, responsive approach to identifying and reporting vehicle mechanical or performance issues.
