The Role of a Management Trainee
The Management Trainee program is designed to develop future leaders. Participants will gain hands-on experience in the intricate operations of a beverage distribution business. Responsibilities include:
* Monitoring and tracking daily sales targets and distribution efficiency.
* Learning end-to-end business operations, including sales strategies, logistics management, and administrative workflows.
* Conducting detailed data analysis to derive actionable insights.
* Preparing comprehensive operational reports to support decision-making.
* Preparing for leadership roles based on performance evaluations throughout the program.
## General Requirements
We are looking for candidates who are eager to learn and ready to make an impact. To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
* Skill Set: Strong communication and analytical abilities are essential.
* Technical Proficiency: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, with a high level of competency in Microsoft Excel.
* Soft Skills: Proven leadership potential and effective problem-solving capabilities.
