## Available Positions at PT Tirta Fresindo Jaya
We are currently seeking dedicated professionals for the following technical and operational roles based in Gowa, South Sulawesi:
1. UHDP Production
Responsible for managing production targets and ensuring all machinery operates at optimal efficiency.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
* GPA: Minimum 3.00.
* Requirements: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (1 year of experience is a plus); strong leadership and teamwork skills; fluent in English; willing to work in a 3-shift system; mandatory 2-year service bond; willing to be placed at any Mayora factory across Indonesia.
2. UHDP Packaging
Focuses on controlling and coordinating packaging production (preform, cap, and handle grip) and executing time and condition-based maintenance.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
* GPA: Minimum 3.00.
* Requirements: Fresh graduates are welcome; understanding of weak current electricity is an advantage; strong leadership and teamwork skills; fluent in English; willing to work a 3-shift system; mandatory 2-year service bond; available for relocation.
3. UHDP Engineering
Oversees the performance of all machinery and auxiliary tools while developing efficient and productive systems.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
* GPA: Minimum 3.00.
* Requirements: Proficient in reading wiring diagrams; leadership and collaboration skills; fluent in English; willing to work a 3-shift system; mandatory 2-year service bond; available for relocation.
4. UHDP Maintenance Planner
Responsible for budgeting and organizing preventive maintenance programs in strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
* GPA: Minimum 3.00.
* Requirements: Familiarity with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is a plus; team-oriented; fluent in English; willing to work a 3-shift system; mandatory 2-year service bond.
5. UHDP Water Resources
Manages the Water Treatment Plant (WTP) area to ensure production targets are met while monitoring material stock levels.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) in Chemical or Environmental Engineering.
* GPA: Minimum 3.00.
