## Current Career Opportunity: Technical Trainer – Factory
PT Tirta Fresindo Jaya is currently seeking a dedicated professional to join its manufacturing division. This role plays a vital part in bridging skill gaps and enhancing workforce capabilities across factory operations.
Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Trainer at the factory, your daily contributions will directly impact production efficiency and team competence. Your core duties will include:
* Program Development: Designing and executing comprehensive technical training programs tailored specifically for factory personnel.
* Skill Enhancement: Delivering targeted educational sessions covering industrial machinery, specialized equipment, maintenance protocols, and plant-level technical procedures.
* Performance Evaluation: Assessing training efficacy and measuring participant skill progression post-instruction.
* Needs Analysis: Identifying capability gaps on the production floor to formulate relevant and proactive learning modules.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering closely with the Engineering, Maintenance, and Production departments to align training with operational goals.
* Continuous Improvement: Monitoring existing frameworks and driving enhancements to elevate overall technical instruction standards.
Candidate Qualifications

* Educational Background: Hold a minimum of a D4 or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
