## Overview of the Unit Head Development Program (UHDP)
The UHDP is a structured professional development path that prepares candidates for key managerial roles. Participants will undergo rigorous on-the-job training and mentorship, with a required two-year service bond upon selection.
Available Positions and Requirements
We are seeking high-achieving graduates to fill the following specialized roles:
1. Unit Head Development Program – Purchasing
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
* Academic Standards: Minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Key Skills: Strong negotiation, extensive professional networking, and exceptional communication abilities.
* Preferences: Fresh graduates are encouraged; candidates with 1+ years of manufacturing experience are highly preferred.
2. Unit Head Development Program – Production
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
* Academic Standards: Minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Key Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
* Operational Needs: Must have organizational experience and the flexibility to work in a shift-based system.
