Candidate Requirements

* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA) or equivalent qualification.
* Age Limit: Must be between 21 and 35 years of age.
* Work Arrangement: Fully willing to work under a rotational schedule and accept assignments in remote operational areas across Indonesia.
* Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Technical Literacy: Computer literate with sound operational knowledge.
* Industry Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in oil and gas operations (both onshore and offshore) is strongly preferred.
Driving Credentials: Must hold a valid Indonesian Driver's License B2 (SIM B2) with at least 2 years of proven experience driving heavy trailers. Note: While candidates with Light Vehicle (LV) driving skills are welcome to apply, applicants with specialized trailer-driving experience will be given priority.*
