## Current Opening: Human Resource Officer
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Human Resource Officer to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our operational efficiency and fostering a high-performing work culture.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will manage a diverse range of HR functions to ensure smooth organizational operations, including:
* Payroll & Compensation: Execute monthly payroll calculations, ensuring accurate management of BPJS Kesehatan and Ketenagakerjaan contributions, as well as PPh 21 income tax compliance.
* Administrative Oversight: Maintain precise physical and digital employee documentation, ensuring all records are consistently updated.
* Immigration & Expatriate Services: Manage end-to-end immigration processes for foreign personnel, including RPTKA, ITAS, STM, and SKTT filings.
* Lifecycle Management: Handle administrative procedures for the full employee lifecycle, including new hires, internal transfers, and resignations.
* Talent Acquisition: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to psychometric testing, interviewing, and onboarding for full-time staff and interns.
* HR Operations: Facilitate HR placements, performance management cycles, and training initiatives, while also assisting in the coordination of corporate events.
* Operational Scheduling: Organize and manage staff shifts to ensure optimal alignment with site operational requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements

1. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a generalist HR role.
2. Regulatory Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Indonesian labor laws, social security (BPJS) regulations, and expatriate documentation procedures.
