## General Eligibility Criteria

1. Party Chief
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Geophysics, Geology, Petroleum Engineering, Geodesy, Physics, Chemistry, Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in seismic survey operations.
* Certifications: Industry-recognized certifications relevant to the Party Chief role are highly advantageous.
* Technical Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of seismic survey methodologies, project financial management, work scheduling, and quality control (QC).
* Core Competencies: Exceptional managerial, negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills to engage effectively with operational crews and project stakeholders.
* Language Proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken English.
2. Assistant Party Chief
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Geophysics, Geology, Geodetic Engineering, Geomatics, Petroleum Engineering, or a closely related field.
* Experience: Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in seismic survey projects.
* Preference: Prior experience specifically serving as an Assistant Party Chief will be given strong priority.
