Candidate Requirements
To ensure the high standards of the program, prospective interns must meet the following criteria:
* Academic Standing: Currently enrolled as an undergraduate (S1/D4) student in at least the 7th semester or a recent graduate with a minimum GPA of 2.85.
* Skillset: Strong analytical capabilities, inherent integrity, and demonstrated leadership potential. Previous experience in organizational roles is highly valued.
* Commitment: Willingness to participate in a full four-month internship program.
* Certification: Must possess a valid Type C driver’s license (SIM C).
Preferred Fields of Study
The program seeks high-potential candidates across three core functional areas:
1. Agronomy: Degree holders in Agriculture (Agronomy, Agrotechnology, Soil Science, Agricultural Technology) or Forestry.

Operational Placement
