* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Professional Experience: At least two years of experience in a Team Leader or Coordinator role is preferred; however, high-achieving fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Documentation: Must possess a valid police clearance certificate (SKCK) and both a valid motorcycle (SIM C) and car (SIM A) driver’s license.
