We are currently seeking ambitious, high-potential individuals to join our Finance & Administration Development Program (FADP). This six-month intensive program is meticulously designed to sharpen your professional expertise and provide deep insights into the management processes that drive the SERA Group’s success.
## Core Responsibilities of the Role
Participants in the FADP will gain hands-on experience by taking ownership of critical branch operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Financial Oversight: Managing branch cash flow, overseeing billing progress, and monitoring Accounts Receivable (A/R).
* Payment Verification: Validating payment requests, verifying debt recognition, and conducting thorough bank checks for vendor and customer transactions.
* Performance Reporting: Drafting regular branch performance reports and contributing to the development of the annual branch budget.
* Asset Management: Monitoring the status and operational costs of public facilities and physical branch assets.
* Administrative Leadership: Overseeing branch administrative personnel to ensure operational efficiency.
* Corporate Governance: Implementing CSR initiatives as directed by the Branch Manager and fostering a work environment that prioritizes health, safety, and wellness, including regular medical check-ups.
## Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this program, candidates must possess a strong academic background and a proactive mindset. We are looking for applicants who meet the following criteria:
1. Academic Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
2. Experience: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply. Applicants with up to two years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Internal Audit, or Public Accounting will have a distinct advantage.
3. Age Limit: Maximum age of 25 years.
4. Skills: Proven ability to create and analyze financial statements regularly. You must possess strong analytical thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and a customer-driven approach.
5. Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
6. Mobility: Full willingness to be placed at any of our operational locations across Indonesia.
