As a Refinery Supervisor, you will oversee and optimize refining operations to maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry with a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
* Experience: Prior experience in metal manufacturing or a closely related role serves as a strong advantage.
* Core Competencies: Exceptional interpersonal communication, alongside robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
