We are currently seeking motivated candidates for the following roles to help maintain our high manufacturing standards.
1. Production Operator
This role is the backbone of our manufacturing process. We are looking for individuals who prioritize efficiency and maintain a high standard of workplace safety.
* Key Qualifications:
* Minimum age of 18 years.
* Minimum education: Junior High School (SMP) or Senior High School/Vocational School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* Committed to achieving production targets and adhering to operational standards.
* Strong awareness of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols.
* Required Documentation:
* Signed application letter.
* Copy of Diploma or Certificate of Graduation (SKL).
* Previous employment records (if applicable).
* Valid Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK).
2. Quality Control (QC) Operator
The QC Operator ensures that every pair of shoes leaving our facility meets the rigorous quality standards expected by our international clients.
* Job Responsibilities:
* Conduct systematic product inspections according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Maintain accurate documentation and data logs regarding product inspection results.
* Key Qualifications:
* Minimum education: Junior High School (SMP) or Senior High School/Vocational School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* Proven ability to work toward performance targets.
* Strong attention to detail regarding footwear quality and construction.
* Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
